9:00 AM - 11:30 AM FSI 2-1: Leading by Principle (ONLINE)
PLEASE NOTE: This session will be facilitated online via Zoom. Registrants will be sent a link to join the online session before it starts.
Ultimately, leadership is about creating a culture of trust. In a high-trust work environment almost anything can be achieved. In a low-trust work-environment, it’s challenging to achieve anything of value. Truly great leaders tend to have in common unchanging principles such as consistency, humility, integrity, mindfulness and empathy. This workshop helps supervisors explore the power of these principles and to create practical ideas on how to implement them in their daily lives at work and at home to build rapport and trust.

9:00 AM - 11:30 AM FSI 2-2: 5-Steps to Effective Decisions (ONLINE)
PLEASE NOTE: This session will be facilitated online via Zoom. Registrants will be sent a link to join the online session before it starts.
Emotions are an integral and essential part of who we are, however they are not always helpful in the decision-making process. In fact, studies have shown that some of the worst decisions managers make is when they are allowing their emotions (both positive or negative) to overly influence their choices. In this workshop, we provide participants with the tools to use data to make stronger and more informed decisions.
