Keys to a High Trust Workplace: Creating an Engaged & Inclusive Work Environment


EDI: Keys to a High Trust Workplace is a three-course program for University staff (non-supervisors) to equip you with the knowledge and skills to create an engaged and inclusive work environment. Everyone has a role in creating the kind of place where people come to work not because they have to, but because they want to.

  • Ability to resolve conflicts and reduce stress

Learning Fee -- $50 per person/per session
